Repairs/maintenance closing:

Aug 5th, 2020 through Aug 12th, 2020

Our entire facility closes down for 1 week to allow repairs and maintenance along with some much needed rest for our staff and family. We do not book any boarding or grooming clients during this time. Please keep this in mind when planing travel with flexible dates. We appreciate your understanding.

​Peak Holiday Policy:

​

During peak holidays we have a 3 night minimum stay requirement for all reservations. During this busy season if your kitty doesn't need to stay all 3 nights, you are welcome to pick up during hours of operation but the 3 night charge still applies.  All deposits will be non-refundable deposits due at the time of booking (*card on file or invoice sent at time of booking, paid within 24hrs or no reservation held). Please be sure to book early, as these dates fill well in advance.

What education and or certifications does this groomer have? or are pursing currently?
While grooming isn't necessarily a regulated field requiring a degree to get into... it is a field that allows you to see a wide variety of talents and skills. Since there are no licensing requirements it is imperative that owners take it in their own hands to research who they are trusting their kitty with!
